The item must be returned in its original packaging with all tags and labels attached.
Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer.

Returns Process:
Contact us at support@leathvora.com or within 15 days of receiving your order to initiate a return.
Provide your order number and reason for return.
We will provide you with return shipping instructions.
Package the item securely.
Ship the package to the return address provided.

Refunds/Exchanges
Once we receive your returned item and verify that it meets the return conditions, we will process your refund within 3 business days.
Please note: We do not offer refunds for custom orders.
