We offer a 90-day return policy. You may request a return within 90 days from the date your order is delivered.


2. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Include original tags and packaging

  • Be accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

Items that do not meet these criteria may not be eligible for a refund.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs

  • Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted


4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us right away so we can resolve the issue promptly.


5. Exchanges

The fastest way to receive a replacement is to return the original item following the return process above and then place a new order for the desired item.


6. European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery, without providing a reason.

Returned items must meet the same eligibility conditions listed above and include proof of purchase.


7. Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval or rejection.

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method

  • Refunds are typically processed within 10 business days

  • Banks and payment providers may require additional time to post funds
