Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is defective or incorrect.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost returns.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Include clear photos of the issue so we can review and resolve it quickly. Depending on the situation, we may offer a replacement or a full refund.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

If you would like a different size or item, you can return the original product and place a new order.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
